I agree DJ has been getting expose against the better post players in the league but on the flipside he'd look a little better defensively if we had some athletic wings who could guard. Against a team like the Warriors guards and forwards have to get by Thompson, Iggy, Barnes, Draymond Green, etc. then face Bogut in the paint... with us they gotta do is run right past CP3, Redikk, Crawford, and Farmar then we gotta hope Blake or DJ can pick them up. OKC has Durant, Westbrook, Jackson, Perry Jones, Roberson, Lamb.. then in the paint they got Ibaka, Adams, Perkins, and McGeary.. I could go on and on with this sh*t

-Doc really f*cked this roster up something serious:camby:
U arent gonna get the wings u need and pay this n1gga the max. I'd rather give Reggie Jackson or someone like that a big contract and find a version of Tiago Splitter to do dirty work. Im just over the combo of Blake and DJ. Need some toughness, neither are tough.

True.. but I like Blake and DJ. We just never have a SF with this team period. Blake and DJ have actually improved but now the roster is failing us not Blake and DJ. Doc brought in all these washed up aging vets plus he can't draft for sh*t. He passed up on KJ McDaniels and Kyle Anderson in the draft and drafted another shooting guard who he won't play. Traded Jerad Dudley and gave the Bucks a first rounder and the funny thing is that first rounder could get us Jeff Green right now if we had it. If feel you on DJ lapsing on defense but this sh*t is way bigger than them two

If Deandre Jordan was a 7-9mil a yr player, I would like them too. But DJ is gonna want the max or close to it. You're gonna have to give him Hibbert/Chandler money. U think DJ is worth that? Think of the roll players that could be had. Id take a Wes Matthews and someone like a Robin Lopez over DJ. Id take a Jeff Green and maybe an Olynek(sp) or Sullinger over DJ. U can get 2 good players for DJ. We will never win a title w/ Blake and DJ playing together. Just wont happen. U must realize this :damn:

@Malta whatchu think about Deandre breh :lupe:

Hell no DJ shouldn't get a max deal but if we had a legit SF then DJ's name wouldn't be mention as part of a 'Big Three' and his price tag would be lower. That's the only reason he's looked upon in such high reguard. His price is overinflated simply because of the position he's in on our roster. If we had a above average starting SF and some athletes with length coming off the bench then he'd be looked as a player that's worth no more than $10 million a year tops.

Breh, no matter what we call him in LA, big 3 or whatever, someone in the nba will offer him 15 mil or more a yr to play C. U can look @ his numbers and argue he's better than Tyson Chandler and definitely better than Hibbert. So we either match or we trade him while his stock is somewhat high. I'd trade him way before I would Jamal. Jamal is basically the bench all by himself.

Sabo and Skinny holdin him back, I like that kid. Id offer him 7 or 8 mil a yr instead of giving DJ 15-20mil a yr. But Wes Matthews is tge one I got my eye on. :noah:
Bruh dude is trash. He was trash when he had the team for himself to start the year and he was trash when he started for Westbrook last season.

That would be a worst contract than DJ's.
