The star forward has been working out at the team's facility in Westchester recently, along with "six or seven" other Knicks, to get a head start on the new triangle offense.

For some reason, I'm feeling the Wizards this year. I think they have a legit shot at winning the conference if their bigs stay healthy. Gortat and Nene in the paint will make it hard for the Cavs, Bulls and whoever else shows up in the east.

I think Beal takes his game to another level and finishes in the top-10 scoring putting himself in the debate for best SG in the league
