Uncertain grounds
Surgery on a stress fracture of the tibia, he injured it in November of 2013 but didn't get surgery until Feb 2014. Even if he was healthy I don't see him beating Mozgov for the starting spot there and Nurkic is gonna be a problem in the paint.

I know its pre-season and against 2nd units but Nurkic got like 15 boards in 18 minutes or some shyt. I got a friend whos Bosnian and he said that he read a story somewhere (maybe it was mainstream idk) that Nurkic was so happy to be in the NBA and to represent his country that he was basically crying in joy on a team's flight when everyone else was sleeping. He thought it was a dream and couldn't believe he would have the privilege and honor to do so. My friend is very familiar with him and said he is a great kid. I think he's gonna be a player quick and one that works hard to improve.
