Why did they sign Williams? Could they find no one else who could run point? With Rubio being so important, you'd think they'd want his backup to be from the same cloth so the bench runs just like the starters do and if Rubio's hurt they can step in.

If Rubio goes down and Mo is running point for 33 minutes a night you may not win until Rubio gets back

I don't think it's that big of a deal really. It's for one year and he's serving some sort of a purpose. Guys like Bill Simmons can't complain about the Wolves' supposed lack of vets but then suggesting they move every last vet that they have. Mo's been in big games. He can help from that regard.

If any vet needs to be moved it's Corey Brewer mainly because much of the stuff that he's supposed to provide,, Shabazz can do that too.

That's the huge downside of that game.

But if Brewer is counterproductive to winning he won't keep getting PT late in games. Bazz is gonna earn his keep

He's ultimately a role player and a vet. He's not going to lose the twolves games. He rebounds, defends, and is a floor spacer. He does what he's suppose too. It's up to flip if he want to tread or develope the future.
