Brook Lopez is expected to opt out of his contract for the 15-16 season, according to most executives.

Lopez has played extremely well of late, winning the Eastern Conference Player of the Week award in each of the past two weeks.

Lopez has a PER of 25.8 after the All-Star Game compared to 19.8 beforehand.

Injuries have plagued Lopez throughout his career but he's managed to remain healthy this season.

Brook Lopez is about to be the most coveted free agent on the market this summer. He's been a problem lately.

I think the Nets give Brook a new contract

They have no incentive to tank considering Danny Ainge has their future picks for the next 3 years :ld:

Still shocked Brook isn't on the Thunder right now given how much Presti likes him & just had to say yes to Brooklyn.

Doubt he leaves Brooklyn unless they just don't want him anymore or somebody comes through with a deal nobody else will match because of his injury history. He apparently didn't want to leave there when we first tried to get him this year & probably doesn't want to leave the only team he's played for.
