Depends on what role dwight comes back to play. One thing about dmo and jones is they get their touches in the flow of the offense. They let harden set them up. We need dwight back though. We need his presense on the middle. DMO been playing center since Jones came to the starting lineup and he been get beasted on. Lopez and Plumlee had their way tonite. Dmo might be 7"0 but i have my doubts about him playing starting center. Hes much better as a pf. He cant man the paint at the 5.

Agreed, we certainly don't need him to be some 30ppg scorer like Shaq was always rambling about last year. It's really not in his nature although he's capable of a big scoring spurt if he's making that left handed hook shyt + running the floor, catching hoops, cleaning the glass, etc. basically being active more so than being a post entry facilitator. Gotta have that activity to combat the Gasols/Duncans/Boguts/DeAndres, etc. As much on offense as on defense with the activity because it'll be all about gaining extra possessions while limiting theres... and deading all that alley oop/tip dunk bullshyt that deAndre and chandler will be about.

But thats why i feel if dwight is moving like shyt or gets sidelined again, well...

edit- and i thought there was some quote from mchale or maybe bullard quoting mchale a few days back that if/when dwight comes back it may not be the one we're accustomed to seeing.

Hence my skepticism, but we'll see what that bridge is lookin like when we get to it.
