We'll see, the Pistons could try and get him back, there are a few teams with room that really need small forwards.
He honestly can't guard 2s, so while he could be one on offense he'd be the guy compromising your defense.
He's a restricted FA in a year that a couple teams need SFs, @Brozay hates when I mention it
but I think they want to make a run at Jimmy Butler to play SG for them. Middleton is also a SF, he's not quick enough to guard 2s fulltime and there's no where else you can play him with Giannis/Jabari, he's clearly a starting quality 3 too.
I would only draft him if I had a offensive center or PF to put him next to, like the Magic, Celtics or Kings, he looks much better this year but I think a lot of that is cause Towns allows him to roam around more. He'll be a liability on offense but on the right team he should be able to be a + defender, think he'll be a better Brandan Wright type of player as long as he's on the right team.
