The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
He's also saying Embiid is 300lbs, if Woj/Stein or one of the Sixers writers said it I'd be more inclined to believe it.

Also, unless they offered him in a trade how is it telling :russ:

If he were truly available in a trade, they'd be asking for a lottery pick this year that at the very least is guaranteed in the top 10, obviously with a chance at top 3... Maybe even top 5

Right?

So if that's the case, do you think teams should jump at that and try to get him? Or is the fact that they didn't a sign that Embiid is damaged goods, or is this a really good draft class?

I've been against it from the jump, especially since he was supposed to miss the season, they are playing a dangerous game with their franchise player and while bone breaks are different from ligament tears, you can still fukk around and have a bad situation where it takes a long time to really heal (Jrue Holiday / JaVale McGee). If something goes wrong they could lose him for next season just for the shot to get their asses handed to them in the first round this year.

It's a idiotic move and they should have tanked this season from jump, Mudiay or Russell are exactly what they lack and have needed for years now.

with the league back to desiring rim protectors, it's gotta be a lock that hibbert will opt out

You haven't really heard any stories as him wanting to stay in Indiana, nor have you heard indiana's front office saying they'll get Hibbert back at any costs

So there's a good chance he's gone

They should have tanked, traded David west and Roy Hibbert at least

In total agreement with you... The problem may be that Vogel like Brad Stevens may be too good a coach to tank with

No way they trade Embiid yall crazy

If they are willing to trade Embiid, I don't get what Hinkie's plan is anymore

We've already heard they are willing to move Noel which is almost as bad, because he's really good

And we've heard the rumors that Philly was willing to move MCW as far back as last May where he was almost traded to the Lakers for the #7 pick

MCW was never that good though

He had inflated numbers because they played at a crazy pace. Hes a historically bad shooter. You cant build a team around a big man with a point guard with a broke jumper.

Getting rid of him for a that Lakers pick was a steal IMO

I'm not disagreeing, but I think Jason Kidd is one of a few coaches in the league with a chance at maximizing his potential

I've been pretty vocal that MCW is the softest rookie of the year in maybe 15 years... When you're in that kind of team with the ball in your hands as much as it was, you're going to have ridiculously inflated stats

True.. but Memphis is a test and a problem for all bigs in the league not just DJ. Then there's Allen and Conley causing problems for guards. Their defense is crazy all around. But I think we win last night if either JJ or Crawford could knock down at least half of their shots. Both played like sh*t. Last night was pretty much all CP3 and DJ
