The pick is protected and most likely end up being a 2nd rounder@TheNig ok, to elaborate on what I said earlier, trading Mo isn't the issue. Trading Troy Daniels without even giving him a chance to see if he can fix one our biggest weaknesses (three point shooting) is a problem. Gary Neal's gonna get bought out, fine, but we won't buy out Budinger even though he's a broken man here. I just don't get why we wouldn't give reps to a guy making $800K and shoots the three with great volume in the hopes that he sticks around as a specialist. That's my issue with the deal.
Payne, nothing against Payne, but why does it feel like Minny always has to pay premium for everything? He's a backup PF. Why does that cost us a future first, especially when we're in line to pick high? I wish Payne well, but there's no direction or long term plan for what happened today. Now if the team manages to get back on its feet, they won't have picks to round out their roster because they've traded 2 away. History's repeating itself in a way.
Did chuck just the the Rockets are one of the worst defensive team in the NBA
Rockets are in top 5 in Def Eff

Well they know there not making the playoffs in the next two yearsThis is the problem. If that pick ISN'T conveyed by 2020, what the hell happened?
It sets up artificial deadlines to keep sucking and then you try to avoid losing the pick instead of just playing.
I wonder what Goran Dragic teammates think of him...I saw him standing wide open in the corner the last couple of plays, but it seems like they refuse to give him the ball
Maybe I'm just trippin
