Can somebody explain to me again why LMA held off on surgery for his thumb? They had a 9-10 game lead over OKC in their division...they weren't/aren't in danger of that & division winners don't drop further than 4th, no matter their record. IDK I don't get it

Because they are in the WEST, they can easily drop if they lose 5-6 games. That injury isn't that serious anyways, it requires surgery but isn't going to get any worse
