Knicks are missing their second best player. Nets are missing their second best player. Once Chandler and Williams come back things will change in the E-League.

Knicks have to hope Chandler comes back in form. They should trade Shumpert with Timmy's arrival. That's about all I can see them doing. It'll be good enough to make them better than the Hawks.

The Nets just need to manage minutes and hope things click. Might shakeup coaching in some form.
