Who would be the best coach for the Wiz?

I wanted Joerger due to his success in the minor leagues, being Hollins assistant for many years, and you see the Grizzlies right now playing at the level they did last year after a rough start.

I wouldn't mind Nate McMillan who is still a coach who is far from old and he has tons of experience in Seattle and Portland. He's on the Pacers staff right now.

We have a Spurs assistant in Don Newman on staff right now.

Just any coach that can bring offensive efficiency with better plays and getting Beal/Wall to quit taking so many long twos.
