According to Liberty Ballers, before the 76ers/Pacers deal, the 76ers were actually looking West. The 76ers and Los Angeles Lakers were engaged in a deal that would have sent
Evan Turner to the Lakers along with 2nd-round picks. In return, the 76ers would have received Chris Kaman.

Those talks eventually failed and the 76ers went with the next best option. They sent Evan Turner and Lavoy Allen to the Pacers. The 76ers received Danny Granger in return.

Thad Matta said he's already spoken to new Pacer Evan Turner. Had a missed call from David West, who wanted to know all about ET.

Went to a bobcats game few weeks back im like dang they need a guard that can shoot from the outside their team is has no kinda outside shooting.

Silver needs to work on the TV side of shyt at some point. ESPN showing Nuggets/Bulls while the Clippers/Grizzlies are playing is dumb as hell. I get that at the start of the year Nuggets/Bulls might have looked good on paper but not now. Same goes for the Celtics/Lakers game but I don't think another game starts at the same time.
