First day back and I've been procrastinating like a mug on doing these leg work outs. I'm not going to lie though I might get a gym membership just for legs. I'm tired of doing these god damn squats
Alright came back and cleaned my plate. Finished with a superset of bicep curls and pushups. Leg raises and lunges. Weighted Bulgarian squats and regular squats . I'm grateful I got to the point where I can superset pull-ups and dips now. My next goal is to do muscle ups
