YepThe problem with these “how many reps of X can you do” threads is that we all see people in the gym with shyt form. Sure you can do 20 pull-ups because you have 4” range of motion.
Take it at face value
Usually do a soup and salad for lunch but I’m gonna start cutting out the soup. Doesn’t really do much for me.
Might as well save on the calories
Just amazed that with all you be doing, soup and salad is enough food for lunch. That would be a snack for meWhy the face? It’s usually just a small cup of soup. Similar to those half sandwich/soup combos or salad/soup combos.

Ok I was thinking you was eating a normal salad with nothing added lol.I feel you but I’m tryna cut so gotta do more with less. And to be fair, my salads have like 6-7oz of roasted chicken breasts and half an avocado in it so there’s some heft to it.
Plus I drink mad sparkling water throughout the day to keep me full. Like a gallon a day from my office’s seltzer machine.
The protein shakes definitely do help.
I gotta what what I must, not what I want is the way I been looking at it![]()
