Good upper day though. I gotta work my way up on the dips, however. I can knock out the first set unassisted but after that I can’t complete the next two sets.

Felt great to be back at it with the 5am crew :wow:

Usually do a soup and salad for lunch but I’m gonna cut out the soup moving forward. Doesn’t really do much for me and my salads are more than sufficient. I can also save on the calories and $2.72 a day

Why the face? It’s usually just a small cup of soup. Similar to those half sandwich/soup combos or salad/soup combos.

Breakfast for me is some greek yogurt and a protein shake.

I work corporate so I just need something to hold me through the day and isn’t too heavy.

Couldn’t be like some of these folks doing Chipotle or full blown subs/hoagies

Just amazed that with all you be doing, soup and salad is enough food for lunch. That would be a snack for me :russ: :russ: :russ:

I feel you but I’m tryna cut so gotta do more with less. And to be fair, my salads have like 6-7oz of roasted chicken breasts and half an avocado in it so there’s some heft to it.

Plus I drink mad sparkling water throughout the day to keep me full. Like a gallon a day from my office’s seltzer machine.

The protein shakes definitely do help.

I gotta what what I must, not what I want is the way I been looking at it:manny:

I’ve determined that heavy squats (315 + don’t feel good on a consistent basis. I can do them but if I’m feeling off or pinched for time it’s not optimal.

I’ve been doing a lot of quad work, combined with walking lunges, squats 8-10 sets of 5 and incline walking on the Peleton. It’s got everything feeling good and I can feel the gains in how clothes fit.
