How long did you have to deal with it and how did your get through it ?
Was doing weighted chins with a bar at the top of the tall rack (maybe 9, 9.5 feet tall). Jumped up to grab the bar and caught it kinda awkwardly, could immediately tell I had fukked something in my left elbow up.
Finished the session and was pretty sure I had sprained a tendon or something. Motrin, K tape, and Salon Pas took care of the tweak but the tendinitis lasted for a hot minute afterwards (maybe 7, 8).

I usually get pretty bad elbow tendinitis whenever I start benching and overhead pressing 6 plus times a week (combined with squatting 6 plus times a week) and not stretching enough. Elbow sleeves on heavy singles and doing higher rep hammer curls helps a bit but I usually just play through it.

I should probably stretch.
