made "sweet" oatmeal today, this shyt does not hit like savory oats. :camby:

oats with some broth, eggs, onion, cheese, arugula >>>> oats with almondmilk, sweetner, cinnamon, berries, walnuts

Might be a regional thing. :ld:

They do cheese grits down here but I don't know anyone eating "savory" oats with cheese in em. :picard:

Pretty much a given it's gonna be sugar/ brown sugar, maybe cinnamon and some fruit for fancy folks.

We've been through this before and the savory oatmeal think makes no sense to me at all. Maybe it's along the lines of what @The Butcher said and the regionality of grits makes it a non-starter for me.

you're letting a mental block - the only way you've had it - stop you from trying it another way. all grains can be flexed either way :yeshrug:

I wouldn't take pre just because my sleep was off. I'd fix the sleep issues *and* take the #Powda.

I just woke up from a nap and will take mine once my BCAA mix is frozen. (Got 8-9 hours last night.)

IMO the #Powda is more for neural fatigue (i.e. my WoDs go so HAM my body can't keep up) than sleep & recovery. YMMV.

It prolly would be. My shyt is like $.89-$1.67 a scoop, depending on the pree and where/when I got it (on sale vs. not, in-store vs Amazon/BB.com, etc).

As for a go-to, it's really gonna depend. For competitions I like OG Mr. Hyde, but I wouldn't take that short of a 1RM attempt day. It's gonna depend on how much energy I have, what I'm doing in the gym, and how much energy I need to complete the WoD. Outside of that, even though it is overpriced, Beyond Raw LIT is prolly my current favorite since they discontinued the OG Dr. Jekyll. :pacspit:

I was partial to Total War but the doctor said it's low-key killing me. I've also had varying success with different C4 strains even though it's pretty weak (Jekyll was weak so I usually added more caffeine to it).

Much like coffee, each person's gonna have their own tastes and preferences. I for one roll with a have a light, medium, and heavy configuration and prolly will for the foreseeable future. YMMV.:yeshrug:

Quaker Oats makes cereals, like grits and Cap'n Crunch. Notice how that's nowhere near the same aisle as chicken broth, arugula and onions. :usure: :scust:
