Essential Random Gym Thoughts Revisited...

I got into a fight a month and a half ago at the gym, I overpowered some steroid freak and his leg got dislocated, even though he attacked me from behind, we BOTH got banned.

So tried cutting my meals down and did real intense cardio.

Unfortunately in the last 2 weeks I've been stressed about other stuff and started eating cookies and chips :francis:

So now I've noticed that my abs are no longer clearly visible :snoop:

There's a layer of blubber. It will take me 3 weeks of really really hard work and dietary discipline to get things to visible ab status.

I currently weigh 88.5KG, about 90KG on a full stomach.

I have to go down to 84-85.

Gym is by far the hardest commitment I've ever made in life :to:


I was doing soooooooo much cardio I thought those cookies and chips were beneath me :sadbron:

Basically after I got baneed from the gym, I was doing timed 5km/3.1mile runs, 20-22min on average, 20.30sec when I'm really fast.

Followed by another 10KM light run.

All on a fast.

Then I'd eat my 2 meals.

But I wasn't lifting any weights coz I had no gym.

I've been back at the gym for the last week or so though.

Breh I'm in shape, been lifting for most my life. I don't have time to write my entire routine.

The point I was making was I couldn't go to the gym, and sustained myself off acrdio alone for a 1.5 months, but started eating bs snacks and gained unnecessary fat around my stomach.

I'll burn it off within the next 2-3 weeks

That row machine can double up as a back workout too.

I be changing up my posture as I'm doing to target the back.

Thanks for the tip! I dedicated this month to actually using it. it's been collecting dust for 3 years :francis:. It came with a straight bar and also a pair of handles, so I can switch out my arm positions. The seat also locks in place so I can focus just on upper body. I'll try the back thing as well. I really want to be outside, but we got cicadas this year, so that's a done deal! Most ignorant insect I've ever come across.

Saw this obese black boy at the gym yesterday; must’ve been at least 16/17 and I’m guessing it was his first day since he was being shown how the equipments work. On my way out I saw him on the stairmaster doing his thing and I gave a fist bump and said good luck. I remember that being me at the same age when I joined a gym for the first time :mjcry:
At least he's fat and hell see positive results within months.

Spare a thought for those skinny brehs just starting out... When I see a young boy ultra skinny at the gym

.... I just look away to stop from being depressed :wow:

He's like a 2008 me :mjcry:
