TSH range goes up to 5.0 so they may hesitate to treat unless you have a documented history of gradual elevation. Ideally you want around 1.0.4.82

If you get more bloodwork, try to get prolactin, vit D, and basic hormone panel.
I start every workout with those 2Deadlift, squat and Hiit cardio yesterday had me waking up this morning like![]()
I glanced at it also but I think similar to @KingZimbabwe you might be doing too much overall as well.gonna go the @KingZimbabwe route and get some bloodwork done. my scale legit aint moving, i'm also not losing inches. something is off. the only next step i can think of is just doing cardio and letting weights go, maybe my body just can't take the stress from that. shyt's annoying because the more the scale stays the same, the more i stress, the more stress you have the higher your cortisol levels, and cortisol is terrible for weight loss, it's a self-feeding cycle
i'm not tho, i do the circuit class 3x week, full body 1-2x, and SS/LISS cardio (mix of spin, walking outside or incline tread). i feel the need to be active twice a day since working at home, i don't get the natural movement that you'd get going to work or whatever. but i'mma drop the circuit classes next week and see if that helps, in the meantime i'mma check out my bloodwork and see if anything is off.I glanced at it also but I think similar to @KingZimbabwe you might be doing too much overall as well.
