I’m already dreaming about my leg day today and soccer on Saturday :wow:. Work has been mad hectic this week, need to blow off the steam.


doesnt matter what type, me and rice don’t get along. Sits in my stomach like a brick and makes me feel bad. Most rice I can eat in one sitting and feel ok is about 1/4 cup

I’m getting this way too. Pains me but I might have to throw Jollof Rice in the bushes :mjcry:

And Jollof Quinoa don’t be hittin the same :sadcam:

Had to take my first forced week off due to shoulder impingement :francis:

Im depressed brehs, I been addicted to the gym and this the most motivated ive been in my lifting life. Im doing all kinds of shyt to make sure I can get back in the gym next week cause I feel empty without lifting
