I’ve been doing the leg exercises but this is some unnatural shyt I’m going thru, a man’s chest not supposed to feel tender
I’m getting this bloodwork done nothing has worked for me. They say what to do, I do that, I may feel normal for a few weeks maybe even a few months and then I’m back to square one.
What is your diet like and do you do cardio

I somewhat had an issue like that, but it was diet and a lil bit of stress...
Changed up the diet and started doing some real cardio and I feel real good
