I’ve been doing the leg exercises but this is some unnatural shyt I’m going thru, a man’s chest not supposed to feel tender

I’m getting this bloodwork done nothing has worked for me. They say what to do, I do that, I may feel normal for a few weeks maybe even a few months and then I’m back to square one.

What is your diet like and do you do cardio:patrice:

I somewhat had an issue like that, but it was diet and a lil bit of stress...

Changed up the diet and started doing some real cardio and I feel real good

I somewhat had an issue like that, but it was diet and a lil bit of stress...

Changed up the diet and started doing some real cardio and I feel real good
I keep my diet around 2k cals a day, usually 30/60 ratio of protein vs carbs.

Just started doing cardio because I was in such a bad position I struggled to even get out of bed. To me it’s not depression - it’s def something physical going on.

Instantly felt some sort of recharge when I went for a run.

How much dietary fat? What sources? How old are you?

Yeah you def need fats...

Fats aid in testosterone/hormones..

Def up the fats and do some jump rope/running..

You should start seeing changes in like 2 weeks
