Yeah when I go on a long period of hearing healthy, junk food absolutely disgusts me.When you're in the custom of eating correctly, then suddenly revert back to something not very healthy, you can really tell the difference.
Yesterday, my aunt had a bucket of KFC on the stove. I grabbed a leg and took one bite:

All the protonsHad a monster 2hr gym session today and at the end I was absolutely starving so I picked up a whole chicken rotisserie from the supermarket and devoured the whole chicken in less than 5mins

Currently in the middle of a bulk, all my meals are important to me, and I weigh them out appropriately to my macros every day but today I accidentally dropped the shyt on the floor at work during my lunch break before I could even put it in the microwave.
Now I got to go hungry for the next like 6 hours or so and I got to work out. Going to have next no fuel in the tank when I do.

i mean one meal (and thus one day of unbalanced macros) aint gonna kill your progress, you can't run out and get something or have something delivered? why kill your workout when eating something else would give you the energy you need?Man a nikka heated right now.

Better to get the meal. Sounds like the workout would be shyt without it.Yeah, it just throws the whole shyt out of whack for me. I don't get off work for like another 4 hours or so then the drive home is like 45 minutes, and then the gym session is like an hour and a half. It's just not going to work anymore. I'll just spend the time I would be at the gym eating and then try to eat again a short time after before bed.
Do what I was supposed to do today tomorrow I suppose.

Got a team crossfit competition tomorrow and im hoping my partner and I do well. Starting off with a clean and jerk ladder (185-275) that im pretty sure we can clear. Been working my butt off so placing top 3 would be great but if not thenI just love pushing myself...keep me in your thoughts yall
