1st-Chop the tops off the peppers and clean out the seeds and membranes
2nd- Brown ground turkey or beef (I used turkey) and season it. I used some pepper, red pepper, and red pepper flakes cause I like spice
3rd-Make rice. I used brown rice
4th- I shredded some carrots just cause I felt like it and they're healthy calories so why not
5th- Most people use canned diced tomatoes but I chopped up a little one I had
6th-Layer your ingredients inside the pepper
7th-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and put them in.
Now here's where it gets tricky time wise, cook them until the peppers are soft. Took mine about 26 mins until they were soft and right.
Then they're done and ready to eat.
I sprinkled a tad bit of Worcestershire sauce in there just to moisten them a lil bit and added cheese to one and put it in the oven for 4 mins just to melt it.
Easy and simple recipe that's also healthy.
