My gym only got like 5-6 more people at my normal time thankfully.Anyone else notice an uptick in people at the gym . People haven’t quite figured out to spam 5:30, but I’m seeing a lot more people earlier at 6. Why can’t these New Year’s resolutioners just die off.
I even notice an uptick on Friday and Saturday morning.
Who the duck goes to the gym on Saturday morning except me and couple other people.
Good thing I’m maxing out, to scare off people from the power rack.

I might use straps sometimes but they don't seem to really help. SymmetricStrength says they're legal.
Mixed grip? Supination? I don't do that for deads, the fukk Imma do that for rows?
