So I guess me doing more reps in a single session than most people do in a week is not enough? They trying overcome the Hallowed walls of rep city and come for the throne?

I'm saying In order to be considered for #REPCITY you have to display Progressive Overload :scust: at you thinking I allow anyone in doing the bare minimum 10 reps of any weight without moving up.

A fleeting childhood
:dwillhuh: I’ve been getting strong in a couple of my lifts recently.

OHP is up to 195lbs
Barbell rows are at 2 plates.


Also doing a lot more cardio recently. I don’t think being 220 at my height is good so I’m aiming for 205-210lbs
Whoops I got those two lifts confused for one another.

Not sure who has the highest ohp weight in the thread anymore.
