Been running these 5km(3,107 miles) timed runs DAILY(for close to a year now).

Dipping under 21minutes is very fast for me coz I'm running outside on the open road, with morning traffic and terrain slowing me up.

I do it on a fasted stomach.

On average I do in under 22mim (21:30sec on average).

It never ever gets easier :mjcry:

Everyday feels like death :deadrose:

I've been weighing a bulky 87-90KG (190-198lbs).

With the gyms closed in SA, I will go down to about 83/84 KG (182lbs) on one meal, lean.

This shyt is hard brehs :to:

I know it’s not much but I managed to run 2miles yesterday without taking a single break for the first time :blessed:

Still remember when I could barely run 2 mins without getting tired. Next target is mow 3 miles
Get an app that measures your speed, duration and pace/time per mile.

It'll give you extra motivation when you can see the numbers you're putting up, and hold you accountable to your own standard. :salute:

We need an official :flabbynsick: thread in The Gym, but the fact of the matter is all the folks that need to be in that bish will swear they're about that fit life. :shaq2:

Not many people gone do your workout consistently or even do mine for a few days

Not saying that's not true, but if you got a gut, rolls, multiple chins, can't walk a 40, etc. then perhaps you should post in an official junior Gym thread (like a Planet Fitness of threads) before you start posting with the real ones. :ld:
