Get an app that measures your speed, duration and pace/time per mile.I know it’s not much but I managed to run 2miles yesterday without taking a single break for the first time
Still remember when I could barely run 2 mins without getting tired. Next target is mow 3 miles
It'll give you extra motivation when you can see the numbers you're putting up, and hold you accountable to your own standard.
