What a splendid upper body day.


I’m missing back and shoulder day this Saturday since I’ll be outta town .

i super set crushed my shoulders and back .


My homegirl husband worked out with me nikka was done done :russ:.


I love with nikkas work out with me and they are so shocked how hard I go .


Today is leg day :whew: let’s get it .

Personal opinion is that it’s not wise to do both in the same session especially if you are doing high reps or chasing strength or hypertrophy gains.

I personally like doing both on the same day since they use the same muscles. :yeshrug:


Front Squatting + Conventional Deads and Back Squatting with Sumo Deads. Also Back Squatting w/ Conventional Deads for 1RM attempts or heavy singles.

Usually in the =<5 rep range for upwards of 24 sets, not including warm-ups. :ahh:

Lol I knew you would be an outlier. I’m saying it can’t be done but most people don’t have the technique, programming knowledge or adaptation to conventional deads or sumo for it to make sense IMO. It’s not a bad thing, better for overall preservation for that group (me included) more than anything.

This 5 feet tall sociopathic Asian bytch legit came up to me and took one of my cable attachments.

I was finishing up my last set with the other attachment. And she walks up and just grabs the shyt and I’m like “hold on I’m about to switch with that right after this set”

Then mid sentence she just cuts me off and is like “you’re not using it - I have 2 sets” and walks off to the other side of the gym and shyt

I was like wow you dog head bytch. Then I had I wait until this dumb ass did 3 sets with my shyt. Took like 3 mins for her to finish. Hoe woulda done more too if I had not walked over to where she was. Fukking up whole tempo since it’s pump day.

Snatched that mfer back from that hoe when she was done:pacspit:
