Not a lie B. :smugfavre:

Got the deadlift contest on 10/31. Prolly beneficial to lose the 4, 4 & 1/2 pounds since the extra weight won't help me pull but losing it will decrease my lift:bodyweight ratio (and not put me in the 200+ heavyweight class).

No worries. Gonna be sipping on breatine during and either grabbing BBQ or something heavy immediately after so the net loss for the month will only be 2 like pounds. :skip: :blessed:

On this nitro, I’d probably pass out if I wasn’t . I got hella energy but I’m tired at the same time :dwillhuh:

Went to bed at 8 with intentions of getting up at 3 to work out. On my Jimmy Buckets shyt:myman:

Problem is I laid there until 12:unimpressed:

I just couldn’t go to sleep . Still woke up & worked out at 3.

Think ima scoop some melatonin :patrice:

Any good results with this? I think picking some weight back up is the reason I haven’t been able to sleep lately. Just be laying there for 4 hours:snoop:

Knocked out a burnout on the bench earlier, sets of 10. Started at 195 and went 5 lbs lighter on each side for every set with no rest (aside from switching the plates)....all the way down to the bar.

:picard:

Them days I'd stay up to watch shyt on HBO Sunday nights then roll into the gym on an hour, 45 minutes of sleep. :banderas:

Day two at the gym , light weight front squats and back squats, dumb bell presses and that’s bout it

:whoo:
