He basically went thru this event unbroken without stopping or slowing down once. Funny because we were talking about muscle ups in that other thread. Oh and the handstand walk is some elaborate obstacle course. Crazy shyt.

Moments in Weight Room Unawareness:

Brehs, isn’t it common knowledge that is the bar in the rack is loaded with anything more than 135 somebody is likely in the middle of a set? Two separate occasions this week people messed with my set-up without even a pause to see if someone was using it.

1. One of the racks at the gym has pull-up bars. Dude walks past the assisted dip/pull up machine to use the rack while I’m getting water. He proceeds to do 10 short range of motion pull-ups. I stood right next to him to make it as uncomfortable as possible mid-set :yeshrug:

2. I’ve got the zercher squat set-up with my favorite p-pad, the rack next to me is empty and there are 2-3 additional tampons in the area. He walks up to my set-up starts to take the pad off, stops, finds another one, puts that on the bar in the other rack and proceeds to start doing 1/4 Squats with the bar superset with military press, with the bar. I almost said something because he’s actually done the same fukkery as the guy above but then I realized I couldn’t boss up over a p-pad :russ:

Depends on the gym I think.

One of the things I hate about one of the gyms I go to is nobody bothers to rerack their weights. At most, they'll take off one plate and move it to the next station they're using. :heh:

Brehs do not sleep on hemp seeds. Im not even gon lie this vegan shyt was a little brazy without it after them back to back workout. These smoothies hitting like senzu beans :blessed:
