Yeah mane that difference is crazy. :noah:

Main reason why I stopped fukking with a lot of hoes.

Had a thick ass white chick I was hitting earlier this year who was on birth control so I was lighting her shyt up every time :banderas:

Then I fell out with the other chick I was hitting cause she get around like 2pac:snoop:

But tbh thats what got me back in the gym hard. shyt had me heated AF, so I channeled all that shyt into my workouts. Wish I could tap into that again but I stopped caring.

Yup one broad u hit raw >>>>>condoms with lots of girls

Getting heated and hitting the gym carries into other parts of your life. Your affairs, your money, etc. Motivating as shyt

Exactly why I'm on some just looking for a good, cool girlfriend shyt now....I know if I really wanted to, I could feast on these dirty ass thots, especially with my progress but I'm :whoa: on that.....I don't need any extra drama/bullshyt in my life at this point. I'm a Blackman in america.

Overworked myself on the return from this little break I had. Did back yesterday then today worked on chest and shoulders. Can definitely feel that soreness on my back. Might be from the dead lifts, or from the bench press. Thankfully I did that first before any other exercises. Think I'm gonna keep with the low reps and higher weight standards for that exercise. I did 165 but only for 5 reps. Was able to get 4 sets done but I usually can do ten reps if the weight was lower. I was thinking earlier if plate selection mattered cuz I just used a 35 and 25. Was wondering if the plates matter or if the weight is all the same. My shoulders were a bit sore near the end of the workout. I'll have to rest for a day or two and go back for a leg day.

If your shoulders hurt from doing bench press it's possible you're rolling them forward and not engaging the chest enough.

Arch your back (put your chest out) and keep your shoulders back.

Or you may be pressing with your elbows flared out, which also isn't good.

Jeff talks too much sometimes but in mid-video he shows an example of the arch benefit.

Oh nah they were good during the bench press. I felt the weight on the lifts but pushed thru with no problem. Had just been like two weeks since I benched so had to get that adjustment back but wasn't an issue.

The problem was later. After bench I did seated shoulder presses with 35s, incline and decline bench presses with 40s, and flys with 17.5. At the end I wanted to do some Arnold press with 25 so I grabbed some and I felt the pressure especially on my left side. I did the second set with 17.5 but toughened out the last one with 25s. I think the problem was doing all those presses beforehand with the dunbbells overworked my shoulders. I usually do that exercise earlier in the workout. Or maybe I had to use a lighter weight.

Usually do chest and shoulders together. Plus having done back the day before, both those areas have an effect on your shoulders even tho ones a push and ones a pull. I just think I used too much a weight that I should and having done too much for the day, it just felt tougher than normal.
