What's your rationale for taking soo much time off? How old are you? :leostare:
22, well this week is my sister last week before she moves into her dorm on Saturday. That plus my work schedule for this week would make it impossible for me to get my regular workout in.
Then taking a 2nd week off cause school is starting and I'm trying to hang with my friends & family as much as possible before school gets hectic with work & gym time.

Nothing that greatly explains taking 3 weeks off from lifting but those are my reasons.

1st Round Playoff Exits
Yesterday did 4 x 6 front squats with the trainer. 135,185,205,225 as the weights. shyt doing 225 was a struggle considering the highest I did before was 190 on a 3 x 10.

Now I'm gonna take 2 weeks off from the gym and 3 weeks off from lifting to just give my body a reset. This should be interesting.
The most you should need is 72 hours :rudy:

I'm white breh, not the tan kind either. I ain't rockin no tank tops, especially with the stretch marks I've incurred getting these gains


I'm black breh...tan and use some vitamin E oil. Make sure your pitts aren't that hairy and more people will be locked onto the muscles not stretch marks.

Just like nice breast and some hips will have some stretch marks on a female...muscles will as well. :sas1:

Brehs y'all need to try workin out on this Piracetam it's a brain supplement that will have you completely focused throughout your workout. If you stacked it with Pre workout I'd imagine very similar to adderal

That question is really irrelevant without context

I could say "50g" and not mention that I eat 500g carbs. Or I could say 150g and not mention that I go carb free.

Anyway, I don't really believe that macro ratios matter that much as long as your protein and total calories are correct

But to answer your question, this particular week my average day is:

69g fat
388g carbs
170g protein

On 2800 calories

Muscle hate is real AF. This weekend I had a get together at my house and a swole short dude pitched with mutual friends. I didn't know who dude was until the next day when my friends were talking about how it's all good to lift weights now, but when he's older he's going to look like shyt and get over weight etc. Slinging a whole mess of shyt when the dude is noticeably absent. This coming from a group of :flabbynsick: that have long since stopped giving 2 fukks about themselves. When I questioned them about their :gurl: way's they started calling me gay :heh:.

Hating ass fukkers man smh.
