Everything being equal, I prefer bald, then a tapered "fro" (similar to the C. Webb picture someone posted), then locs.
Waves look cartoonish to me.

My personal preference is -
1. Curls esp if they can make it into a ponytail
2. Waves Even ugly nikkas be cute ugly if they waves on point and they not dressing like a scrub
3. Dreads The dyed neat ones like the guy in the video are cute but when they are unkept and start getting fuzzy they nasty asf I think its cute when they make them into a neat bun/ponytail
4. Florida Dreads or 'Wicks' U have to already be cute in the face to pull these off and have dress code imo
