Wow! Glad there was an arrest, and it's obviously not a hitman---but I missed (at least putting in in writing) that it could have been a argument between lovers. The outside location thew it all off, and the idea that some tech guy was carrying a knife, wouldn't have been something I thought was very likely.
fukk I hate being wrong on these lol

He was also married with children, or was he openly gay?

Stabbing someone to death is such an intimate crime, that's why it seems like some kind of intimate matter between them, rather than business or a drunken argument.

it's usually reserved for passion type crimes, or only used because of circumstances (like prison, or living on the street, lack of access to better weapons)

Based on my calculations I think most of you underestimate the difficulty of fatally stabbing someone in the chest without ascertaining injuries of your own

The Truth
I love how it's instantly a gay lovers quarrel without any other info than them being in a car together at 2am. Never change, internet :russ:
When reading, I didn't think anything gay at all...

I thought it was 2 tech nikkas and one felt fleeced about a business deal or business partnership gone wrong or something

The Coli went straight to gay lovers like its a white Tyler Perry movie :dead:

Not 100% sure the lovers angle plays out seeing he visit the city with his wife and kid. Not a guarantee of course.

However, the other dude also being a CEO/owner of a company means he'd have to be pretty much at a point where maybe he felt his livelihood would be at stake to throw it all away.

Maybe dude was going to sue or cut ties professionally and they were arguing the entire night about business. Never know.

Who knows if dude is a part of the crypto crowd. Dude keeping a knife in the car and women blowing up his spot at 4am seem more a long the batshyt crazy lines.

A public records search showed that Momeni had nine liens on his properties in Emeryville, San Francisco and San Jose. The most recent lien was this year. His current unit on Harlan Street had a pool table, a giant kitchen and lots of technology.

CRIMINAL HISTORY

Alameda County court records show that in 2011 was charged with allegedly selling a switchblade knife and driving with a suspended license, the San Francisco Chronicle reported. He pleaded no contest to the suspended license charge the following year and the knife charge was dismissed. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail as well as three years of probation, fined more than $900 and ordered to destroy the knife.

Additionally, Momeni was charged with a misdemeanor in 2004 for allegedly driving while intoxicated, the Chornicle reported.
