I don't think Kansas deserved to get leapfrogged again, but Gonzaga is still deserving of the #1 spot too. The consensus was that Duke was so dominant that they made that leap and people started saying they'd go undefeated, so it's hard to justify Gonzaga not being the new #1 if they managed to beat that.

Bruce Pearl's recruiting value has almost superceded his coaching. Auburn getting several top 100 recruits/4 stars in one class was a pipe dream at one point
