maybe not a better WR per say, probably a better overall player than a lot on that list but it is very premature to compare him to most of those guys who are 5+ years into their careers
Maybe @heisenburr & @blazodagawd shoulda thought about Cobbs tenure prior to saying he was better than anyone
Don't forget we have arguably the best route runner...IN THE NFL...on our squad in Jennings.
But yeah, Cobb is far from a scrub. He's got superstar potential, as long as McCarthy uses him right. I've been saying since last year that dude is gonna be a star. Hopefully he sticks around here for the long haul.

Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers isn't afraid to tout second-year receiver Randall Cobb, who has broken out with 19 catches for 273 yards and three touchdowns in his last three games. "He's a star in the making," Rodgers said. "He's a big-time player. He has the right approach for being a professional. He takes his job very seriously. He sees the game through the eyes of a quarterback. He's played quarterback before, but he asks the right questions. He wants to be on the same page with me, he wants to know what I'm thinking. He's always in tune to second-reaction plays. He's a lot of fun to play with and he's a good human being, which makes it even easier.” Cobb also has a fan in head coach Mike McCarthy. “Randall is a unique player. He can play the 1, 2 3 spot in the wide receiver position, also he can play out of the backfield," McCarthy said. “We're focused on trying to make sure he gets some opportunities each game."
