I wonder why he insisted on following the same game plan and thinking offloading at 5 am will make a difference. I've flown planes before so the logistics of transporting drugs on planes is starting to be of curiosity to me.

With the right flight crew they probably wouldn't even have to go through the airport. Off the top of my brain I'd say when you're on approach or somewhere where you are comfortable drop those things out the plane with a chute and a tracking beacon then have people on the ground come and retrieve it.

Meanwhile keep going to the airport. Have identically wrapped items that contain something else in case they question where those things they saw went. Dropping gives you a large area within which you are exiting vs an airport gate

I'm saying though. Weed is a 100s of billion dollar industry. And since it's illegal there can't be a major player that controls much of the marketshare (e.g. Anheuser-Busch). That means there could be 10,000s of thousands of independent "small time" millionaire weed distributors.
