Idk if u playing it on Xbox or not,but I think figured out the solution to my constant disconnects,ran into a thread on Ubisoft,don't be in Xbox party and only accept host the host invites aswell as it be him to be the one to start it,been butter ever since

You can never fix peoples connections. But waiting forever to get in matches, getting dropped constantly, and uneven teams is killing me with this game right now
