Try unplugging and replugging your cable modem and router.

Also, check in the R6 menu and on your PS4 if youre NAT (router setting) is set to open, moderate or Strict. Strict means you gotta do "portforwarding".

I thought it was a glitch because the knife icon came up for the kill, but that's what it was... swung in and hit dude and he died.
