i just went in march
a few tips... may not be feasible depending on work/kids.. but mine hadn't started kindergarten yet
it's florida... it's always going to be hot... so don't worry about summer vacation, cause then it'll be the WORST for crowds
go on weekdays... same theory... go during the school year... so what they miss 1 week or a few days... get their homework early... for $100 per ticket into 1 park, fukk school for a week
i went for 3 days and still didn't see all these rides they showed about... but at the same time, there was no ride we ever waited longer than 20 mins for cause it was off season and mon-wed

The other key is taking advantage of that Fast Lane. After the first day sucking we decided to plan better so we picked out three popular rides we wanted to hit and reserved them using Fast Lane and between those reservation times hit the small rides near the popular rides we reserved. On the second and third days hit basically every single thing we wanted to hit.
