How does he feel some type of way that the Shameik wasn't from NY? Damn near the entire cast were from NY, other than he, Ashton and dude that played Deck. Shameik had Rae's mannerisms from the beginning, and he said he'd met and would call Rae for insight. Dude did an excellent job.

He did a good job portraying Raekwon, so did the Odb actor and Dave east. These are actors, being from new york is a plus but that shouldn't be the number one requirement to play in a series. It's a bio fiction, based on reality, of course they will change things, not be accurante, glamourize some events and what not. Except if they got your character wrong like, you're a snitch or a coward or a piece a shyt when you not, they shouldn't have that much concern

A lot of great movies based on real people were not accurate too, that's part of hollywood, that don't mean the final product will be trash. Everybody appreciate paid in full, but the real story is much more gruesome, interesting and got more intricacy than the movie. And sometimes it's the opposite, like breaking bad for example

Then put out a biopic yourself and tell the story how it was otherwise the show was entertaining and of course some things were embellished here and there. I doubt the NWA movie was 100% correct but you get the basics and it makes for a good movie. If he wants it 100% accurate write the story or make the movie on your own, that is really the only way.

I agree he should have went dolo to talk to him and listen to what he had to say himself. I believe someone like say Method Man would have done that instead of sending others to deal with it so that part got no points IMO. I think Method Man did talk to him one on one and it was settled, that was the way to go out on that end of things. Rae kind of made himself look bad in that situation IMO and I am a fan.

He can feel how he wants. The actor reached out and became huge fans of the group. And did a great job. But regardless. Anyone has a right to their feelings. But on the flipside. Don't be surprised if u have to deal with the negative energy u put out there.
