shyt when i started at my current job...nothing but old white men...

now you walk in...and you got to do a double take to find one...

i went to a certain department yesterday that used to be all white...mostly africans, indians, and hispanics now

What job was that, and what year you started working there?

I started at the end 2011 as a cloud virtualization engineer doing break fix work...out of all the support groups i had work with there might have only been a total of 10 black people and maybe 5 women...

fast forward two and a half years...in those same groups...they are about 50% "other" and about 40% of the managers in those groups are minorities...

There is another department that actually deals with the account management side of things...it used to be nothing but old white men...it has pretty much been demolished and has turned into a group that is based on the race of the account as we have gone global..

Korean customers get a korean person...etc...

For whatever reason...the global economy is moving into a "his face has to look like my face" era

Several New Mexico State Police officers are under investigation after at least one of them fired shots at a minivan full of children last month.


According to KRQE, an officer pulled over Oriana Ferrell in Taos for going 71 mph in a 55 mph zone on Oct. 28. Ferrell had brought her five children from Tennessee on an educational trip.
