The reasoning behind this behavior is simple. 'Nothing brings people together better than having a common enemy'.

White people act differently from black people in situations like this because White people, subconsciously, view non-white people as their enemy. So it doesn't take too much convincing to get a white person to act.

On the other hand black people are conditioned to think the opposite way. Black people are conditioned to hate themselves and worship whites so when situations like this occur black people instantly point to other black people.
