Damn. That's right by the beach I always go to to just relax.
The area is mostly Jews and foreigners with money. Freaking Ivanka Trump and Kushner just moved there.
The beach is usually almost empty.
Honestly, a lot of the apartments are owned by people that don't live in them, so because of that there may not be too many victims

Yeah I frequent that area too when I’m in South Florida and most years it’s peoples winter apartments from places like New York, but post-Covid a lot of people moved down to FLA permanently.
