Kelly could have gotten a deal like Jared's a long time ago if he'd been willing to take a plea bargain rather than bribing witnesses and fighting the charges.

Jared was facing over 50 years in prison if he had gone to trial.

You clearly haven’t been following the case and just look at what is reported on the major networks or some one posts on here. It’s an extremely gray area. If it was cut and try having sex with minors on video it would be cut and dry. But no these chicks were legit lying or of age or just our right had obvious plots and motivation.
