This isn't an argument saying he should walk. The problem is with the procedure. People are innocent until found guilty. If you're going to deprive someone of their liberty, the trial should be scheduled as a priority.
He's been detained for 2 years, but there isn't a sense of urgency about proving his guilt in a court or law.
I believe so. Some cases can last up to 3 years or more before it's decided because I was in jail in 2013 with somebody who was in for federal bank robbery & he was going on 3 years when I came in. starting to look like this is what its about right hereThey already sentenced him lowkey. Buy the time trial comes they will have been satisfied keeping that nikka in there for 4 years in case he wins
