Not to Cape but Robert has never been accused of being a pedophile. Pedophiles deal with kids who have not hit puberty. Statutory rape is what he is accused of and that means the person is not of legal age of consent based on what it is where they live. And the age of consent varies state to state from 16 to 18. And actually I believe most states actually use 16. So yall get mad if someone sleeps with a 17 year in a state where it's not legal but have no problem if someone does it in a state where it is legal?
