My pops wasnt wasn't around, thst scene he had with will when his father left for the last scene, some of it wasnt scripted. My pops hasnt been around for years. It would have been great to have that growing up.

Smh,real sad....Uncle Phil and the whole Prince of Bel Air show was a big part of my childhood growing up...it's sad how not alot of people are giving Uncle Phil's death recognition....but when paul walker died,nikkas acted like they were related to dude..... RIP Uncle Phil... :to:

Real talk, breh.

I had my father, still do thankfully. But "Uncle Phil" was a great character on a show I (still) know every word to nearly every episode to.

Not to mention there weren't alot of well to do/successful black TV fathers on great shows. Other than Cliff Huxtable, Uncle Phil is the only one.
