Irv had a good run all things considered….I know Murder Inc got destroyed by 50 and the Feds dropping the hammer down put the final nail in the label’s coffin but in retrospect I enjoyed the music he produced and the artists he had on his label.
It brings me back to when I was a kid watching 106 & Park. Very nostalgic for me watching all of their videos.
As for 50’s IG post? Is anyone really shocked? This was to be expected and I’m sure he’s been waiting for the day for Irv to kick the bucket. I wouldn’t deal with it the exact way but I understand. There was real life shyt going on between the both of them that altered lives and careers.

Plenty of artists go on Drink Champs and DON’T DRINK and therefore don’t allow themselves to act like drunk slovenly fools.
Not only did Irv act like a fool, he went onto the show SEVERAL TIMES with an AGENDA to act a fool. He ignored Ja basically pleading with him the last time and called Ashanti all types of bytches and made her out to be a whore while he boasted about having his way with her (as a married man) he said foul shyt about other artists, he admitted to consciously not taking his health seriously, he did all of this of his OWN accord. Its nobody’s fault but his own how he came across. Any hit to his legacy caused by those specific interviews was his own and nobody else’s.
