I understand that but the gang culture is to prevalent right now in chicago. There is zero guidance. Half of these murders are being committed by people under the age of 21. Today is July 11 and 23 people have already been murdered this month alone over there. Shyt is crazy smh

My mother lost a lot of friends the summer of 1992.

That is not your job, that is their parents, uncles, cousins, moms and sisters job. The only this could change is if you take them from that environment at a young age. Once they hit high school and the real world, those that want to change will, those that dont wont change.

Maybe not in our time but now days they will tweet they're going to kill you, and when you're dead tweet that they're the ones who did it. It's A new day and age and its powered by social media.
