I found out an old co worker that I used to pub crawl with died of an heart attack last month. Shook a lot of folks up for a while.

What do they mean by 4 surgeries? He's had heart failure for a while now? That tweet doesnt make sense to me

It's very vague but heart attacks kill cardiac muscle making the heart weaker therefore causing heart failure. My guess is either pacemakers/ stents / angiograms etc.

Hope he recovers though. But he's gonna struggle.. Get your diet and cardio right brehs. If it could happen to an ex athlete it could def happen to any of us as we get older. Especially if we have a family history.
